Richard Turner

Richard founded Fractional Solutions and brings extensive experience in growth strategy, sales leadership, business development, revenue analysis, forecasting, and client management. 

 

Richard has worked across small, fast-paced companies as well as large, complex organisations, giving him a unique ability to adapt his commercial thinking to businesses of any size.

In smaller companies, he’s been hands-on, driving sales, shaping strategy, and delivering growth with limited resources. In larger businesses, he’s operated at a senior level, navigating large structures, aligning cross-functional teams, and leading with a focus on sustainable revenue performance.

He’s a commercial operator with a strong bias for action, known for rolling up his sleeves and getting things done.

Richard is a rare breed of salesperson with the ability to bridge the gap between Sales and Marketing - two functions that are too often misaligned. He understands both worlds and helps organisations bring them together to work toward shared outcomes.
